Refund and Cancellation Policy

• No refunds are provided for the remaining time in your current billing period (except during the 7-day guarantee period)

Refund Discretion

Refunds and cancellations are subject to our sole discretion and may be denied in cases of:

• Fraudulent or unauthorized charges

Disclaimer of Warranties

• Indirect damages: Including loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business opportunities
• Incidental damages: Costs of procurement of substitute goods or services
• Special damages: Damages arising from special circumstances or unusual losses
• Consequential damages: Damages resulting from the use or inability to use our Services
• Punitive damages: Damages intended to punish or make an example

This limitation applies regardless of the legal theory (contract, tort, negligence, strict liability, or otherwise) and even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Maximum Liability

IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL DAMAGES, LOSSES, AND CAUSES OF ACTION EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO LIABILITY, OR $500 USD, WHICHEVER IS GREATER.

Some jurisdictions do not allow limitations on liability, so the above limitations may not apply to you.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and your use of our Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or our Services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Dallas County, Texas. You consent to personal jurisdiction and venue in these courts.
